a. Damaged or Expired Products: If you receive a product that is physically damaged, has a tampered seal, or is expired at the time of delivery, please notify us immediately upon receipt.
b. Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
c. Products with Manufacturing Defects: If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, provided it is brought to our attention within the specified return window.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are generally NOT eligible for return or exchange:
a. Opened or Used Products: Any product that has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
b. Cold Chain Products:Products that require specific temperature storage (e.g., insulin, certain vaccines) once they have left our controlled storage, as their storage integrity cannot be guaranteed.
c. Healthcare Devices: Products like glucometers, BP monitors, etc., if their original packaging is opened or tampered with.
d. Personal Care Items: Items such as sanitizers, masks, personal hygiene products, etc., once delivered.
e. Products without Original Packaging: Products where the original packaging, including price tags, labels, and accompanying accessories, is missing or tampered with.
f. Prescription Medicines (Other than specified in Section 2): Due to the specific nature and regulatory requirements of prescription medications, returns are highly restricted once dispensed, unless they fall under the categories mentioned in Section 2 (damaged, expired, incorrect, or defective).
g. Orders exceeding 7 days from delivery: Beyond this period, returns are generally not accepted.
4. Return Process

b. Proof Required: You may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the damaged/incorrect/expired product, along with the original packaging and invoice.

d. Pickup/Inspection: Depending on the nature of the issue and location, we may arrange for a pickup of the product, or our delivery executive may inspect the product at your location.
e. Condition of Return: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all its original packaging, labels, and accessories intact, unless it was received in a damaged or defective state.
5. Refunds
a. Processing Time: Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected by us, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
b. Refund Method: Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If that is not possible, an alternative refund method (e.g., bank transfer to your registered account) will be used.
