3. User Account and Registration

a. Account Creation: To access certain features of the Platform and place orders, you may need to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

b. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify [63 DRUGMART] of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. [63 DRUG MART] will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Prescription Medications

a. Valid Prescription Required: For all prescription medications, you are required to upload a scanned copy or clear photograph of a valid prescription issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) on the Platform. We will not process any order for prescription medicines without a valid prescription, unless explicitly permitted by law.

b. Prescription Verification: You understand and agree that [63 DRUG MART] or its associated pharmacies may verify the prescription with the issuing RMP. We reserve the right to refuse to dispense any medication if the prescription is deemed invalid, incomplete, or suspicious.

c. Original Prescription: You may be required to produce the original prescription at the time of delivery or pickup for record-keeping purposes. You shall allow our delivery agent to stamp the original prescription at the time of delivery, failing which the medicines may not be delivered.

d. Dispensation: The dispensation of prescription medicines will be done under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

e. No Self-Medication: The information provided on the Platform regarding medicines is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking any medication or making any health-related decisions.

5. Order Placement and Delivery

a. Order Confirmation: All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by [63 DRUG MART] or its associated pharmacies. An order confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS once your order is accepted.

• Using any automated means (e.g., bots, spiders) to access, scrape, or otherwise interact with the Platform without our express written permission.

• Introducing any viruses, Trojans, worms, or other malicious software.

• Making false or malicious statements against [63 DRUG MART], its products, or the Platform.

• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Engaging in any commercial use of the Platform or its content without our explicit written consent.
